**K-12 Received $65/pupil one-time grant increase
**Higher Education returns to pre-Covid levels of funding (approximately same funding as last year)

Additional Per Pupil – restores $175 cut from previous agreement and adds a “one-time” $65 per pupil (50/50 blend, 2 yrs.)
Per Pupil Foundation – $8,529 minimum and $8,111 maximum
Coronavirus Relief Fund – requires districts to pay its employees during the disruption
Attendance Recovery – (new section) – $2M for an attendance recovery program
Virtual Learning Support Grants – $2M for ISD’s to assist with virtual learning instructional costs
Increasing Enrollment Districts – $65M for districts with increasing enrollment
School Lunch Debt – $1M to forgive all outstanding student meal debt
Third Grade Reading – $3M ($2.5M for literacy coaches & $.5M for training principals)
Special Education Adjustment – $70.3M for census adjustments
New Teacher Retention – $5M for first-year teachers who complete the full year
SAT/PSAT – Districts must make available to students who could not take it (not counted toward accountability)
MPSERS Reimbursements – adjustments for all rates and increase state share of payments
